Return Policy

At HYSR Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in the quality and authenticity of our jewellery. This Return & Exchange Policy explains when and how you may return or exchange items purchased from https://hysrjeweller.com/ or from our physical store.

By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms below.


1) Eligibility for returns

  • Only items purchased directly from HYSR Jewellers (online or in‑store) are eligible.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all packaging, certificates, receipts, and tags intact.

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in‑store).

  • Customised, engraved, altered, or special‑order items (e.g., name pendants, personalised designs, resized rings) are non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration by a third party are not accepted.


2) Return & exchange process

  1. Contact us – Notify us within the return period by WhatsApp, phone, or email with your order/invoice details and reason for return.

  2. Approval – Once approved, you will be instructed on how to send/bring back the item. Returns without prior approval may be declined.

  3. Inspection – Returned items are inspected by our quality assurance team before approval.

  4. Resolution – Eligible returns may be:

    • Exchanged for another item of equal or higher value (price difference payable).

    • Refunded in the original payment method (bank/card/wallet), minus any non‑refundable charges (e.g., shipping, payment gateway fees). Refunds may take 7–14 business days to process.


3) Shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).

  • We recommend using a trackable, insured courier. HYSR Jewellers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


4) Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.


5) In‑store purchases

  • Items purchased at our physical outlet are subject to the same eligibility rules above.

  • Refunds may be offered via bank transfer, store credit, or exchange, depending on circumstances.


6) Gold & buy‑back policy (if applicable)

  • For solid gold items, we may offer a buy‑back option or exchange based on current gold market rates minus making/wastage charges.

  • This applies only to items meeting purity and authenticity requirements, with original invoice and certificate.


7) Non‑returnable items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • Customised/personalised jewellery.

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items sold on discount, clearance, or promotional sale.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or store credit.


8) Important notes

  • Refunds are issued only after successful inspection and approval.

  • Shipping charges, COD charges, taxes, and gateway fees are non‑refundable.

  • HYSR Jewellers reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.

  • Policy terms may vary slightly between online and in‑store purchases due to legal, tax, or logistic requirements.
